What you may not know are that the imbalances in your body from the foods you eat often affect your mental and emotional health. 

The root cause is in the body, not in the brain. The whole body operates as a system, not as independent parts. 

Saying you are depressed tells you NOTHING about the reasons for your symptoms. There are many common causes of depression that are often overlooked.
 
Many times those symptoms are hidden from family and friends and most educators feel they need to keep it all together for everyone or what would they think?
 

But you don’t have to feel sick and tired, it is not your life sentence.

Together we will uncover what may be impacting your mood and energy level by discovering what foods to avoid and which foods will increase your happy-feelings.

Mission

My mission as your health coach is to provide a safe space for you to uncover your feelings of sadness, lethargy, overwhelm, brain fog, or your change in appetite.

Living with stress, worry, or depression can be lonely and exhausting, and you will discover ways to improve your energy and mood by getting unstuck. You will be guided in creating a simple, step by step plan to achieve peace, happiness and good health by discovering ways to make changes that work for you and your schedule.

A holistic approach

A holistic approach means that you look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationships cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, you will look at how all parts of your life affect the whole.

Take care of yourself. Without good health, happiness is almost impossible!
